Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program


The initial weight program consultation for the first 3 months is $185 which includes the office visit, EKG and labs (if needed), and nutrition counseling. After the initial consultation, the cost is $130 every 3 months to continue the program. A monthly weigh in is required via our patient portal in order for refills to be sent. Kits and medications are at an additional cost which is not included in the initial weight program consultation or follow up fee. We do not file insurance claims for the weight program visits.


Program Candidates


  • BMI >30
  • BMI >27 with 1 or more comorbid conditions:
  • Hypertension
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Diabetes
  • Heart Disease
  • Sleep Apnea
  • Waist circumference (regardless of BMI)
  • Women: >35 inches
  • Men: >40 inches
