Heather McKenzie, M.D.
Dr. Heather McKenzie is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been actively practicing family medicine since 2006, treating all ages and conditions. She has always enjoyed the breadth that family medicine has to offer. Dr. McKenzie takes a special interest in preventative medicine and wellness, hoping to minimize the long-term effects of uncontrolled chronic conditions. Hormone replacement therapy (bioTE® HRT) and vitamin therapy for men and women are also things Dr. McKenzie is passionate about, as these help her patients feel their best. She has taken a special interest in skincare since 2011, furthering her education with multiple courses in laser treatments, dermal fillers (Juvederm®), botulism toxin (Botox®), microneedling (SkinPen®), PRP and PRFM, and PDO threading (Miracu®) under several instructors including plastic surgeons. As Dr. McKenzie continues to grow in all walks of medicine, it fuels her passion to help her patients using her creative abilities. Her main goal is to provide affordable healthcare and aesthetic care to help clients feel confident as we all age gracefully. Originally from Joshua, Dr. McKenzie was happy to return home in 2008 to raise her two boys, Blake and Hunter, with her husband, Bryan. Dr. McKenzie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and raising cattle.
Crissy Welch DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Dr. Crissy Welch is a seasoned, board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 24 years of experience and extensive training in healthcare. Crissy spent many years working in emergency medicine and trauma before pursuing her advanced degrees. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UTA, and her Doctoral degree from TCU. Specializing in family medicine since 2008 and aesthetic medicine since 2011, Crissy is passionate about helping her patients develop personalized health and wellness and anti-aging programs.
Crissy enjoys taking care of all clients from birth through the end of life. She is particularly passionate about healthcare, aesthetic medicine, IV Vitamin Therapy, weight loss treatments and hormone replacement therapy (bioTE® HRT) and loves helping patients look and feel their best both inside and out. Experienced in Botox®, dermal fillers (Juvederm®), Kybella®, microneedling (SkinPen®), PRP and PRFM, PDO threading (Miracu®) and laser treatments, Crissy effectively combines scientific knowledge and artistic creativity to deliver stellar medical grade skin care services for her clients. Born and raised in Johnson County, Crissy is a hometown girl who is originally from Rio Vista and currently resides in Burleson with her husband, Brad, and son, Tyler. She enjoys traveling, fishing, gardening, bird watching, and soaking up the sunshine.
Ryann Gille, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Ryann Gille is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine since 2018. She has an additional background in women’s health nursing and spent eight years working in labor & delivery prior to pursuing her advanced degree. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2018 and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) as well as an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Tarrant County College.Ryann loves caring for patients of all ages, but is particularly passionate about women’s health and promoting overall preventative health and wellness. She incorporates scientific knowledge with evidence-based practice to help clients feel their best by assisting them in setting and achieving healthy lifestyle goals. Ryann is also certified in Nexplanon and IUD insertion/removal as well as hormone replacement therapy (BioTE® HRT). Originally from Godley, Ryann currently resides in Burleson with her husband and three children. Some of her hobbies include hiking and other outdoor activities, reading, cooking, and fitness.
