Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program
The initial weight program consultation for the first 3 months is $275 which includes the office visit, EKG, lab work, and nutrition counseling as well as a package of 6 Lipo Mino injections. After the initial consultation, the cost is $130 every 3 months to continue the program.
You will be required to return to our office monthly to weigh in, and a fee of $25 will be collected. Kits and medications are at an additional cost, which is not included in the initial weight program consultation or follow-up fee. We do not file insurance claims for the weight program visits or write letters of medical necessity.
